{"id":252,"date":"2019-05-02T12:47:33","date_gmt":"2019-05-02T17:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pca.edu.co\/thekey\/?p=252"},"modified":"2022-11-14T21:51:55","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T21:51:55","slug":"estrategia-omnicanal-y-sus-experiencias-exitosas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pca.edu.co\/thekey\/marketing\/estrategia-omnicanal-y-sus-experiencias-exitosas\/","title":{"rendered":"Estrategia omnicanal y sus experiencias exitosas"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por: Ernesto Cantillo Guerrero<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.israelhuerta.com\/ejemplos-experiencia-cliente-exitosas\/\">Las experiencias del cliente<\/a> est\u00e1n dominando el mundo del marketing en lo que va corrido del siglo XXI, y lo domina porque su peso significativo se refleja en los resultados exitosos que las empresas obtienen cuando entienden y construyen con certeza las experiencias capaces de generar una relaci\u00f3n que perdure, este es el caso de la estrategia multicanal; Centrarse en el cliente entendiendo a profundidad sus comportamientos, es la l\u00f3gica del \u00e9xito en una exitosa experiencia con el cliente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La empresa que asume el reto de la estrategia onmicanal debe ser consciente que estar\u00e1 presente en todo el canal de comercializaci\u00f3n integrando todo las formas de contacto para entregar una experiencia de compra que cause un impacto positivo significativo en el cliente (Omnicanal no es multicanal) estar presente en todos los canales de comercializaci\u00f3n no implica saber integrarlos de tal manera que la interacci\u00f3n con el cliente pueda continuar de la misma manera y efectividad entre los distintos canales.<\/p>\r\n<p>La estrategia omnicanal exige un compromiso cultural solido con el servicio y satisfacci\u00f3n al cliente y una demanda efectiva de los recursos tecnol\u00f3gicos, f\u00edsicos y log\u00edsticos para cumplirle el entorno digital adquiere un alto de grado de importancia en el establecimiento de una estrategia omnicanal y se justifica por el creciente uso que hacen las personas para conocer y adquirir sus compras a trav\u00e9s de medios digitales.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El entorno digital no le quita peso al f\u00edsico en varios sectores productivos por la naturaleza misma del sector, pero s\u00ed que influye en las decisiones de consumo por la alta capacidad de libertad en la elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la era de las experiencias exitosas con el cliente \u00bfDeben todas las empresas recurrir a una estrategia omnicanal para ser exitosas? No, es la naturaleza del modelo de negocio de la empresa la que indicar\u00e1 si se implementa o no, entre otras preguntas, son las que deben responderse una empresa para decidir si implementa una estrategia omnicanal, adem\u00e1s de responder las preguntas, la empresa debe confiar en que la gesti\u00f3n de sus plataformas digitales debe estar en manos de marketing con el apoyo del respectivo departamento de IT (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Information_technology\">Information Technologies<\/a>) o quien haga las veces, para que el uso de las plataformas sea efectivo y arroje mejores resultados en t\u00e9rminos de servicio y atenci\u00f3n al cliente.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La omnicanalidad no ser\u00e1 la \u00fanica estrategia centrada en generar exitosas \u00a0experiencias unidas a la calidad del <a href=\"https:\/\/pca.edu.co\/thekey\/publicidad\/diferencia-entre-experiencia-y-servicio-al-cliente\/\">servicio al cliente y entender su m\u00e1s grande diferencia<\/a>, pero s\u00ed ser\u00e1 la que garantice que la inversi\u00f3n en recursos y esfuerzos de marketing para una interacci\u00f3n constante con el cliente produzca excelentes beneficios tanto en ventas como el fortalecimiento de la marca de las empresas.\u00a0
