La m\u00e1s reciente conquista, el derecho al auxilio de alimentos en las parejas del mismo sexo en caso de pobreza extrema, como sucede en las parejas heterosexuales; sin embargo, como asegura la ONG, la discriminaci\u00f3n todav\u00eda persiste y est\u00e1 muy arraigada en el pa\u00eds, a pesar del cambio de los tiempos los <a href=\"https:\/\/pca.edu.co\/thekey\/publicidad\/estereotipos-y-prejuicios-el-otro-lado-de-la-publicidad\/\">estereotipos y los prejuicios<\/a> siguen siendo protagonistas, a\u00fan as\u00ed las marcas deciden apostar a la publicidad gay.<\/p>\n<p>La pol\u00e9mica creada por las publicidad gay, es la viva imagen de dicha discriminaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan el c\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica y autorregulaci\u00f3n publicitaria (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conarp.com.uy\/\">CONARP<\/a>) Art\u00edculo 4\u00b0 <em>\u201cen defensa de los valores fundamentales de la sociedad\u201d<\/em> explica como la publicidad debe evitar todo aquello que lesione y afecte los conceptos y valores esenciales de la sociedad, dicho art\u00edculo de alguna manera puede ser contradictorio y hasta discriminatorio si lo que queremos es ser inclusivos y equitativos.<\/p>\n<p>Al momento de dirigirnos a nuestra actual sociedad debemos tener cuidado al decidir qu\u00e9 hacer y qu\u00e9 no hacer. Se puede ofender no solo a una persona sino a toda una comunidad con una palabra o una imagen. En este orden de ideas, muchas son las marcas que actualmente est\u00e1n incluyendo parejas homosexuales (publicidad gay) en sus campa\u00f1as publicitarias, aunque hay gente a favor, tambi\u00e9n hay personas que no lo est\u00e1n, lo que al final genera la pol\u00e9mica.<\/p>\n<p>Deber\u00edamos plantear que las normas y c\u00f3digos deber\u00edan ser m\u00e1s claros y actualizarse a la \u00e9poca en que estamos viviendo. Ser inclusivos es el llamado, claro est\u00e1 siempre y cuando se respete como dice en el Art\u00edculo 6<em>\u00b0 \u201cla publicidad debe evitar: 1. Lo inmoral: Todo aquello que contenga expresiones, actitudes o insinuaciones indecentes, obscenas o escabrosas.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La pol\u00e9mica radica en nuestras creencias.
