{"id":205,"date":"2018-10-31T14:36:50","date_gmt":"2018-10-31T14:36:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pca.edu.co\/thekey\/?p=205"},"modified":"2022-10-23T15:51:43","modified_gmt":"2022-10-23T15:51:43","slug":"la-publicidad-como-invasion-digital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pca.edu.co\/thekey\/publicidad\/la-publicidad-como-invasion-digital\/","title":{"rendered":"La publicidad como invasi\u00f3n digital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Por: Alba Coll<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>A estas alturas, debes estar pregunt\u00e1ndote \u00bfa qu\u00e9 nos referimos cuando hablamos de la publicidad como invasi\u00f3n digital? pues\u00a0 no te preocupes, no se trata de la creaci\u00f3n de una naci\u00f3n virtual o un grupo de hackers y\u00a0 tampoco\u00a0 se trata de un virus, para que estes m\u00e1s tranquilo e instruido, hoy aprender\u00e1s que tanto la publicidad ha influenciado en la actualidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">S\u00ed, vivimos rodeados de la publicidad, la hallamos en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0podemos encontrar publicidad escrita en vallas, afiches, pancartas, flyers, incluso redes sociales y s\u00ed, incluso t\u00fa ah\u00ed sentado en este instante, apostar\u00eda a que tienes al menos un bol\u00edgrafo anunciando la marca de alguna empresa en su lomo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bfTe diste cuenta? la publicidad como invasi\u00f3n digital, va en serio y aqu\u00ed es donde empieza el reto, porque t\u00fa vas hacer todo lo posible por evadir el mensaje; pero las empresas van hacer todo lo posible para que lo veas, lo recuerdes y genere algo en ti, de eso va depender su <a href=\"https:\/\/pca.edu.co\/thekey\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=377&amp;action=edit\">identidad e imagen corporativa<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00bfQU\u00c9 ENTIDAD REGULA LA PUBLICIDAD EN COLOMBIA? <\/strong>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>En Colombia no existe una entidad oficial que regule la publicidad; sin embargo existe un, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucepcol.com\/codigo-autorregulacion\">(c\u00f3digo de autorregulaci\u00f3n publicitario)<\/a>. Esta, es una regulaci\u00f3n equilibrada con principios y conductas universales de respeto a la veracidad de la informaci\u00f3n,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 la decencia, la honestidad y a los derechos del consumidor y de los competidores sin limitar la creatividad.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEsto qu\u00e9 significa? En realidad, m\u00e1s que \u201creglas\u201d como tal, se trata de una gu\u00eda,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 de hecho,\u00a0 una muy \u00fatil para aquellas personas que se dedican a realizar publicidad, pero no es solo eso, es tambi\u00e9n una l\u00ednea de defensa para el consumidor, pero esto no significa que siempre se sigan al pie de la
