Abstract

Education and technology have always been interrelated. From the mid XXth century, education has been confronting new challenges in the digital world in which we find ourselves immersed. Educators need to know how to use technology's useful tools to communicate information. Some countries have successfully achieved quality, universal, public education. It is no longer considered a privilege but a necessity. Now, it is necessary that education, especially public education, is of quality.
