Abstract
In this changing and demanding world in all disciplines, especially in the field of education, the teacher day by day prepares to take on the challenges he faces in his everyday life to take ownership of this property in his disciplinary know-how, that is why, he is interested in improving and changing his practice. This article aims to show in a timely manner how the teacher projects to transform their practice in the classroom, and of course their professional growth. This is why he touches and takes into account the style students use to perceive learning, in this way characterize them and know what style prevails in the students, to achieve this goal, a learning test was implemented in the students of the grades, 7 ° 02, 3 ° 01, 5 ° 02 and 1 ° 02 of the Educational Institution Number fifteen of Maicao- La Guajira and adjusting it to its teaching process, likewise, the planning was organized adapting them to those styles that are more teniente in students with a view to strengthen them and to the same extent empower the weakest, also develop skills and abilities that encourage students to make visible in oral and written form, hence to know the conceptions that they bring about the teaching and learning process that takes place in the classroom, since in this way they will provide the teacher with inputs to make a reflection on their work, and thus, achieve a transformation of their own practice focused on the understanding and appropriation of student learning..
