Abstract
The objective of this article is to analyze the management functions oriented to learning in Primary School students, after the intention of identifying and defining the management functions applied by the teacher in the classroom, offering a conceptual and operational description based on the contributions of Narváez (2016), Ruíz, Carrillo and Quintero (2013), Münch (2011), Borjas (2004) among others. The methodology assumed is documentary type with bibliographic design. The topics described are management functions, learning planning, organization of the learning environment, execution of planned actions and evaluation of learning. It is clear that classroom management allows teachers to cover the complexity of teaching and learning processes, in addition to channeling actions to improve educational quality.
