Abstract
The general objective of the study was to structure a functional and dynamic Layout model in order enlistment warehouses, which allowed leveling physical movements and workloads for operators in a logistics company in the food sector of the city of Barranquilla- Colombia. This project was carried out as a partial requirement to comply with the Professional Practice course, within the curriculum of the Industrial Engineering program of the National Open and Distance University - UNAD. It corresponded to a descriptive investigation. Through the evaluation of the different processes and the use of technological tools such as ERP-SAP and Excel, it was possible to build an adequate route that allowed monitoring all the influencing factors within the described logistics operations (inventory, product readiness, replenishments) which are: Movements made by the operator for the enlistment of orders, merchandise departure history (Products invoiced) and estimated quantities for dispatch (Replenishment in jobs).
